Terms and Condition

We require full payment at the time of booking. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the money has been received. Payment will be refunded up to 60 days before  the event. After this time the payment is non refundable unless the bunting can be re-hired.  In the event of cancellation at any point the security deposit will always be returned to you. 

The bunting will be sent with basic instructions on how to put it up along with simple safety and care instructions along with some drawing pins and additional ribbon to help with tying it up.

Depending on location we may be able to help with putting the bunting up for you, please email us to discuss requirements and check availabilit. The cost of set up is £15 per hour, one hour minimum charge plus 25p per mile milage costs.  

The rental period is five days and the bunting will be delivered to you as per the agreement at time of booking. After the hire the bunting will need to be returned back to us again by the agreed method. Longer rental period may be available so please contact us with your requirements.

*Reasonable means it should only need basic cleaning and ironing which will be done by the Bunting by Jen staff. The bunting has been made so that it shouldnt rip or tear with during reasonable use. Any damages to the bunting could result in you losing your security deposit.
